NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ducera Partners, a leading independent investment bank, announced today the hiring of Bradley A. Robins as Partner in its Corporate Finance Practice and Jay K. Sinha to lead its Liability Management Practice.
Mr. Robins brings over 25 years of experience advising decision makers on corporate restructuring, merger and other complex corporate finance transactions. Prior to joining Ducera, Mr. Robins spent 15 years at Greenhill & Co. LLC where he was Head of Financing Advisory and Restructuring. Prior to Greenhill, Mr. Robins was a member of the Restructuring Group at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, and began his career as an attorney at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.
By joining Ducera, Mr. Robins is re-uniting with several of his former Partners, including Michael Kramer, the CEO and co-Founder of Ducera. Mr. Robins’ professional relationship with the Partners and Founders of Ducera spans two decades.

In addition to the hiring of Mr. Robins, Ducera announced the hiring of Jay K. Sinha. Mr. Sinha joins Ducera from Citibank where he was responsible for Citibank’s Liability Management business for distressed and non-investment grade companies. At Ducera, Mr. Sinha will lead the firm’s newly established Liability Management business.
