NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ducera Partners LLC (“Ducera” or the “Firm”), a leading investment bank, today announced that Sean Monaghan has joined the Firm as a Managing Director. He will be based in Ducera’s New York office and will focus on developing client relationships and counseling clients on a broad range of capital structure and restructuring advice.
Mr. Monaghan brings to Ducera more than 15 years of restructuring and advisory experience across both the buyside and sellside. He joins Ducera from Citi where he was on the distressed desk covering a broad range of industries. Prior to Citi, he spent nearly four years at Nuveen Asset Management (formerly Symphony Asset Management) where he was a senior member of their distressed and special situations team. Earlier in his career, Mr. Monaghan spent time as an investment professional and analyst at Duane Park Capital Management and Penn Capital Management.
