NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ducera Partners LLC (“Ducera” or the “Firm”), a leading investment bank, today announced that Emily Katz-Turner has joined the Firm as a Managing Director. She will bring her experience analyzing complex contractual and structural situations to Ducera, and focus on liability management opportunities and/or mandates where liabilities may present adverse implications to stakeholders.
Ms. Katz-Turner joins Ducera from Morgan Stanley where she was an Executive Director within the fixed income division where she worked as a credit and legal analyst in the Distressed Trading Desk and Special Situations Group. Prior to Morgan Stanley, she served as an analyst at Chimney Rock Investments where she specialized in providing legal, regulatory and valuation analyses, and market research for investment opportunities across the capital structure. Before that, she practiced law at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
