NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ducera Partners LLC (“Ducera” or the “Firm”), a leading investment bank, today announced that Eli Silverman has joined the Firm as a Managing Director. He will be based in Ducera’s Los Angeles office and will focus on further cultivating client relationships and advising clients on an array of capital structure and restructuring mandates.
Mr. Silverman joins Ducera from Baird where he worked in the firm’s restructuring advisory group. His career encompasses more than a decade of advising companies on financial restructuring, liability management, mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity capital raising transactions across a wide variety of industries, as well as nearly five years as an investor in distressed situations. Prior to joining Baird, Mr. Silverman worked in the restructuring group at Lazard and spent several years at Z Capital Partners as a member of their investment team. Earlier in his career, Mr. Silverman held positions at Blackstone, Colony Capital and UBS.
