Mr. Youn has more than 15 years of experience advising clients on a broad range of M&A assignments across a number of industry sectors.
Prior to joining Ducera, Mr. Youn worked at Bank of America, where he was a senior banker in its M&A group. Previously, he worked at Morgan Stanley and Lazard.
Mr. Youn earned a BA from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
