Mr. Dowling is responsible for Ducera’s accounting, tax, technology, real estate, and operation functions.
Mr. Dowling has more than fifteen years of experience. Prior to joining Ducera, Mr. Dowling worked at GE Capital and Deloitte & Touche in the Firm’s Assurance practice.
Mr. Dowling earned a BA from The College of the Holy Cross.
