Mike Genereux

Mike Genereux is a partner at Ducera Partners and has 30 years of investment banking experience. He has worked on a wide range of restructuring, liability management, and special situation assignments, representing companies, ad hoc creditor groups, official creditor committees, corporate board committees, and acquirers and sellers of distressed assets.
Before joining Ducera, Mr. Genereux was a managing director at Piper Sandler & Co., a partner at Perella Weinberg Partners, and a partner at PJT Partners, where he also served on the firm’s management committee. Prior to that, he was a senior managing director at Blackstone. Earlier in his investment banking career, Mr. Genereux worked for Credit Suisse First Boston and Merrill Lynch & Co.
He earned a BS from Wake Forest University and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business of Columbia University.
