Mr. Hatfield has nearly ten years of experience working on a broad range of advisory assignments across a number of industry sectors.
Prior to joining Ducera, Mr. Hatfield worked at Lazard and Houlihan Lokey.
Mr. Hatfield received a B.A. in Economics from Trinity International University and an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
